Stainless Steel Alloys
RelyIntraCast makes use of a wide range of alloys for corrosive environments encountered in food, chemical, textile, paper and petrochemical industries. Popular Austenitic grades are supplemented by grades for more specific and exotic applications. These include ferritic, martensitic, duplex and precipitation hardening alloys.
Duplex and super duplex stainless steels
Duplex alloys have a microstructure which is ferritic and austenitic. The advantages of Duplex steels are higher tensile strength, hardness and a much improved resistance to stress corrosion.

Heat Resisting alloys
RelyIntraCast supplies castings which resist temperatures up to 1200 degrees centigrade, in oxidising, reducing, neutral or vacuum conditions for use in boilers, furnaces, salt baths and various heat treatment applications. More than 20 different alloys are produced.
Cobalt and Nickel base alloys
RelyIntraCast has the technical experience to produce pure nickel-type and cobalt base alloys successfully. Various grades of Monel-type and Ni-Resist are available as well as IN657 for oil refining components.
Abrasion and wear resistant alloys
RelyIntraCast manufactures abrasion resistant alloys for specialist applications found in the power generation, mining and petrochemical industries. These include chrome irons, tool steels and chrome cobalt alloys.
